The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

To be eligible to open and use a taka30 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from using this platform under any circumstances.
• You are registering as an individual, acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously had a taka30 Account closed, suspended, or self-excluded, and you are not currently subject to a self-exclusion period on this platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close relative of a taka30 employee or contractor, unless you have received prior written authorisation from taka30's compliance team.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your place of residence.

taka30 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a Player is found to be under 18 years of age, their Account will be permanently closed, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any deposited Real Money Funds returned to the payment source following an investigation period of up to 30 days. Any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be permanently voided.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of taka30 complies with all laws applicable to them in their place of residence. taka30 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

Players must complete taka30's registration process to access real-money games and betting markets. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. You accept full responsibility for any consequences arising from providing false or misleading information.

One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on taka30. Registering multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. All duplicate Accounts will be closed, all Bonus Funds within them forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities if fraudulent intent is identified.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your Account access with any other person. taka30 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must contact taka30 support via live chat immediately.

Accurate Information: You must ensure that the name on your taka30 Account matches the name registered to the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account you use for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatches may result in withdrawal delays pending KYC verification, or in the suspension of your Account pending investigation.

KYC Verification: taka30 may request documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership at any time. Acceptable documents include the National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate for age and identity verification, and a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days of the request may result in Account suspension.

Account Updates: If any of your registered details change (for example, your mobile number linked to bKash or Nagad), you must update your Account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate information may delay payment processing and may result in temporary Account restrictions.

All financial transactions on taka30 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players:

• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on taka30 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, however large deposits may be subject to enhanced verification requirements under taka30's KYC procedures.

Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your BDT Wallet within 5 minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers and card deposits may take up to 2 business hours. taka30 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment provider or bank.

Withdrawal Eligibility: To be eligible to withdraw, you must: (a) have completed any applicable bonus wagering requirements in full; (b) have passed KYC verification, or be willing to complete KYC as part of the withdrawal process; (c) request withdrawal to a payment method that matches the name on your taka30 Account.

Withdrawal Processing Times: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 1–4 hours during BST business hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Card withdrawals may take up to 5 business days depending on the issuing bank. taka30 aims to review and approve withdrawal requests within 2 hours of submission during business hours.

Withdrawal Limits: Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Daily withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated in your Account dashboard. Players may request a review of their withdrawal limits by contacting customer support via live chat.

Third-Party Payments: taka30 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. You must only use payment accounts registered in your own name. Payments received from accounts not matching the Player's registered name will be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

taka30 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the conditions set out in this section, as well as any additional terms published alongside the specific promotion on the Platform at the time of opt-in.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's BDT Wallet carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳30,000 before the bonus or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates (typically 10%–25%). Bonus Validity Period: All bonuses are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain unconverted at the end of the validity period will be removed from your Account automatically.

Welcome Bonus: New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit, subject to the promotion being active at the time of registration and the Player meeting the minimum deposit threshold specified. taka30 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or replace the welcome bonus offer at any time and without prior notice.

One Bonus Per Player: Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using different Accounts or payment methods constitutes abuse and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Bonus Abuse: taka30 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and close Accounts where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: low-risk bet hedging to clear wagering requirements, use of automated betting systems, and coordinated multi-account play.

taka30's Right to Modify Promotions: taka30 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform. Continued participation in a promotion after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on taka30, including cricket betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and crash titles.

Bet Acceptance: taka30 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Reasons may include but are not limited to: suspected match-fixing or event manipulation, odds errors, system faults, or where the bet exceeds the Platform's stated maximum stake limits for the relevant market or game. Bets that have been accepted and confirmed are binding on both parties.

Odds Errors: In the event that incorrect odds are published due to a technical error or human mistake, taka30 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bets have already been settled. Players will be notified of any such voids, and their stake will be returned to their BDT Wallet.

Cricket & Sports Betting: All sports bets on taka30 — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national team fixtures — are governed by the specific market rules displayed on the betting interface at the time of placement. In-play bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion and may be suspended or closed at any time during a live event. Results are determined by official match data from the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, etc.).

Account Restrictions: taka30 reserves the right to impose stake limits, bet frequency limits, or game access restrictions on any Account where the Platform's risk management systems identify unusual patterns. This is a standard industry practice and does not constitute an accusation of wrongdoing.

taka30 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from your Account settings without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit into your BDT Wallet. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases require a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after 30, 60, or 90 minutes of continuous play on taka30 Casino. The reminder does not force a session end — it is an informational prompt to help you stay aware of time spent.
• Cooling-Off Period: Apply a temporary account pause for a defined period (1 day, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days). Player-Initiated Closure: You may request to close your taka30 Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or by emailing support@taka30.net (plain text — not a clickable link). Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining Real Money Funds balance. Accounts with outstanding bonus wagering requirements will have Bonus Funds removed upon closure; Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player's registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 2 business days.

taka30-Initiated Suspension: taka30 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account with immediate effect and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached these Terms & Conditions in any material respect.
• The Player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• The Account is being operated by a person under 18 years of age.
• The Account is being used in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• The Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software (bots, scrapers, arbitrage tools).
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requires the restriction of the Account.

Effect of Closure or Suspension: Upon Account closure or suspension, access to the Platform will be revoked. Any open bets at the time of suspension will be settled according to their normal outcome, and any resulting winnings will be held pending investigation. Real Money Funds in the Account at the time of a taka30-initiated suspension will be held until the investigation is complete. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, Real Money Funds will be returned. If wrongdoing is confirmed, funds may be forfeited.

Inactive Accounts: An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a consecutive period of 12 months. taka30 will notify you via the email address registered to your Account before any inactivity fee or closure process is initiated. An administrative inactivity fee of ৳50 per month may be applied to dormant Accounts after the 12-month period, deducted from any remaining Real Money Funds balance. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactivity period will be closed. You may reactivate your Account at any time by logging in before the balance reaches zero.

Changes to These Terms: taka30 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice on the Platform homepage or via email to registered addresses. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with a material change, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the change takes effect.

Governing Language: These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
